On day two of our leadership retreat, we’ll explore how to set clear expectations with your team and deliver feedback in a way that actually gets results. We’ll also cover how to have tough conversations without making things worse and share time management tips and tricks that every leader needs to know.

Day
Creating a shared vision for your team is one of the most important things you can do as a leader. On day three, we’ll discuss how to set goals everyone can get behind and help others set goals that are realistic and achievable. We’ll also talk about the different levels of delegation and when it’s appropriate to use each one. And because no team can function without accountability, we’ll wrap up the day with a discussion on how to create an environment where everyone is accountable for their results.
